A beautiful piece with a lot of potential, but it is challenging to open it up and attach something, plus the link on top, for the chain, is not securely connected. Mine arrived already broken. Charmed was wonderful in immediately replacing it, without any questions ask, but even thou I have a new one, I am too scared to put too much pressure on it and it is so difficult to open it. Thou I rate this low, I will still give Charmed a 5 * rating.
