Blue cord medic alert bracelet

The engraving was nicely done,but I'm very disappointed in the bracelet...
The rope keeps on coming loose, we even made a knot but without success.
Had to made a knot and put super glue over the knot to prevent it from coming loose. I bought it especially for my daughter who is flying to Europe today and to be honest I am very dissatisfied with this purchase
