9mm charms only. No photo charms, dangles or connectors. Connectors take the space of 5 charms, if a connector is added, the last 4 charms will be removed.

We are so happy with the bracelet, it turned out so beautiful. The online service was so user friendly, and the delivery of the bracelet was quick.
Item was bought for my daughters 16th birthday with carefully selected meaningful charms. The one charm was supposed to be a batman emblem signifying her step dad and the charm we got was written on Aunt. Not nearly the same thing and it cause a lot of sad unwell feelings for the whole family.
Side-note be more clear about the size and length of products.
The service has been extremely well and we are super happy with the service . Will definitely make use of her over and over again.
