Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund.
If you return within 30 days, we’re happy to replace your item; return and reship courier costs are for your account.
To complete any return or exchange, we require your proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized items.
Jewellery Care & Limitations
Our jewellery is costume jewellery and must be treated as such.
Please do not shower, bath, or swim with the jewellery.
Custom photo charms must not get wet at all.
We do not replace items where stones have fallen out or any gold/plating has rubbed off or if the charm has hooked on something and has broken.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued as store credit for the amount paid (shipping is non-refundable).
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale/clearance items are non-refundable.
30-Day Warranty: Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind our products with a 30-day warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defects or items damaged on arrival.
How it works

Within 30 days, email info@charmedjewellery.co.za with:
Order number,
Clear photos of the defect/damage (include close-ups and the whole item). -
Our team will assess your claim.
Outcomes
If approved, we will not replace the item; instead we will issue store credit for the product amount paid.
Shipping fees are not covered or refunded.
Exclusions (not covered by warranty)
General wear and tear, including plating/rubbing off or stones falling out or if an item breaks due to hooking on clothing, etc.
Water damage (including photo charms getting wet).
Damage due to misuse, accidental breakage, improper care, or unauthorised repairs/alterations.
Sale/clearance items.
