If there are any problems with Fastway parcels not being delivered, please email els.csd2@fastway.co.za with your waybill number and the issue. Please make sure that you track your parcel first before contacting Fastway.

You can login to your account to get your waybill number if it hasn't been emailed to you. https://charmedjewellery.co.za/account/login If it doesn't show a waybill number on your order, then it is most probably still in the process of being packaged.
Shipping takes 3-5 working days (regional areas may take an extra day or 2).

When will I receive my parcel?
Normal orders take 1-2 working days for processing, custom items take 3-5 working days to be made, then the shipping times will depend on the shipping method you choose. Shipping takes 3-5 working days (regional areas may take an extra day or 2). We do not send orders out on Fridays because it lowers the risk of items going missing over a weekend.
