Item was bought for my daughters 16th birthday with carefully selected meaningful charms. The one charm was supposed to be a batman emblem signifying her step dad and the charm we got was written on Aunt. Not nearly the same thing and it cause a lot of sad unwell feelings for the whole family.
Side-note be more clear about the size and length of products.
