Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to our Black Friday promotion and giveaway.

1. Promotion Details

• The Black Friday promotion is valid on Black Friday only (28 November).
• Customers will receive 10% off all eligible products during the promotion period.
• The discount is automatically applied at checkout – no code needed.
• The offer is valid only while stocks last.

2. Exclusions

• The discount does not apply to wholesale purchases.
• The promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, vouchers or promotions, unless explicitly stated.

3. Giveaway – Win Your Order Value Back in Cash

• All retail orders placed on Black Friday (28 November) are automatically entered into a draw. Payment must be made in full for the order to qualify for the entry.
• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all qualifying orders.
• The winner will receive the full value of their qualifying order back in cash (excluding any shipping fees, if applicable).
• The cashback amount will be based on the final amount paid after discounts, excluding shipping.
• The prize cannot be transferred, swapped or exchanged for store credit or other products.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn within a reasonable time after Black Friday has ended.
• The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
• If we are unable to reach the winner within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Payment of the Prize

• The prize will be paid out in cash, usually via EFT (bank transfer) to a South African bank account in the winner’s name.
• The winner will be responsible for providing correct banking details.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner.

6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

• If an order is cancelled or refunded in full, it will no longer qualify for the giveaway.
• If an order is partially refunded, we reserve the right to adjust the prize value accordingly.
• Our standard returns and exchange policy still applies to all Black Friday orders.

7. General

• By placing an order on Black Friday, customers are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion or giveaway if necessary (for example, in the event of fraud, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control).
• Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion or giveaway is final and binding.
