Charmed Rewards Programme – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Charmed Rewards Programme (“Programme”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to all customers who make purchases at Charmed Jewellery (online only).

  • No registration fee is required.

2. Earning Rewards

  • Customers will automatically earn 5% back in store credit on the value of their purchase (excluding shipping, discounts, gift vouchers, and taxes).

  • Rewards are calculated on the final amount paid after any discounts or promotional offers.

  • Rewards will be added to your customer account once payment has been confirmed.

3. Using Rewards

  • Store credit can be redeemed towards future purchases at Charmed Jewellery.

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers, or transferred to another customer account.

  • Store credit must be used in full or partial towards purchases; any balance will remain on your account until used or expired.

4. Expiry

  • Rewards are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.

5. Exclusions

  • Rewards are not earned on the purchase of gift vouchers, store credit, shipping fees, or taxes.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with any other loyalty or cashback programme unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • If an order is returned, exchanged, or cancelled, any rewards earned on that purchase will be adjusted or deducted accordingly.

  • If rewards were used to pay for an order that is later refunded, the used rewards will not be reinstated.

7. Programme Changes

  • Charmed Jewellery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme at any time without prior notice.

  • Any misuse of the Programme, including fraudulent activity or breach of these terms, may result in removal from the Programme and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Charmed Jewellery is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or any delays that may prevent rewards from being applied.

  • By participating, you agree that the Programme is provided “as is” without any warranties.
