    Monique is the heart behind Charmed Jewellery...a wife, mom, and creative spirit who believes that faith and family are the foundation of everything she does. What began as a small side business has grown into a brand built on love, purpose, and personal connection.

    Roxanne keeps the Charmed office running like clockwork, from checking every order before it goes out to making sure the team has what they need to shine. When she’s not keeping things organised, you’ll find her by the ocean, her favourite place to recharge and find calm.

    Thandeka brings sparkle and song to the Charmed office every day! She carefully prepares each charm and photo order, making sure every detail is just right before it’s packed with love. Her joyful energy (and amazing singing voice) keeps the whole team smiling, she truly is our in-house superstar.

    Shipping Liaison

    For the past six+ wonderful years, Babes has been a vital part of the Charmed Jewellery family. She handles packaging and courier labels with care, making sure every order is beautifully prepared and ready to find its new home. Known for her friendly, talkative nature and love of tea, Babes keeps the team laughing and the day running smoothly, one perfectly packed parcel at a time.

    Designer

    Lauren is our designer and engraving specialist, the one who can turn an “Oops, I forgot their birthday” moment into “I totally planned this custom gift months ago.” She handles engraving, LED lights, keyrings, Jibbitz cutting, necklace polishing, and a fair bit of friendly mischief around the studio. A self-confessed cat lover and quick-witted comedian, she keeps the team laughing (especially with a well-timed “that’s what she said”). Extroverted until the phone rings, that’s our Lauren!

    Designer

    Multi-tasker | Amateur plant enthusiast | Part-time horror fanatic.

    Megan spends her days carving names into stainless steel, rubber, and pleather. Whether it’s a heartfelt message or a cheeky quote, she engraves it with precision and a dash of dark humour. She also brings designs to life on our UV printer, battles stubborn ink cartridges, and somehow keeps her plants (and sanity) thriving. One great customer review makes it all worth it.

    Social Media Manager

    Becca is the creative voice behind Charmed Jewellery’s social media, bringing sparkle and personality to every post. She’s also the go-to person when anyone in the office needs a hand, always ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed.

    She is the newest member of the Charmed family.

    Fun fact: she’s completely obsessed with ducks — totally unrelated to her job, but deeply important nonetheless.
