Thank you kindly for my sons beautiful black 13mm Godly bracelet. I ordered the bracelet and only after the order was placed did I note you can order personalized charms. I reached out and the extra charm was quickly and easily added to my order and paid for. The bracelet and charm were received in no time and so easily to collect.
On opening the package the font on the extra charm was not what i had asked for. i email them and within 5 days the new charm with the correct font with his name was in my hands.
