Please allow 2 - 3 working days for engraving to be done.

The engraving is a dark grey and not colour. For symbols, we will get as close to it as possible in a grey colour.

Haven't received my item, 2 and a half weeks later...

Please don't use Fastway Couriers as an option. Impossible to reach and still waiting for my item which I doubt will be received before Christmas, disappointing.
