A little disappointed

I ordered the rose gold tree necklace and I absolutely loved it. But I bought the necklace reading that it is stainless steel. I have eczema and stainless steel doesn't trigger it. So I have worn the necklace since I received it and it's given me a rash on the back of my neck and is continuing to the front. I have taken it off since then. So basically the necklace itself is not stainless steel only the tree pendant. I did not know that otherwise I would not have bought it. The necklaces colour is also fading after I removed it.
