Materials & Care

Our Jewellery

Stainless Steel: Most of our bracelets and charms are made from high-quality stainless steel, known for being durable, tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic.
Plated & Costume Pieces: Some items include gold or silver plating, enamel, or crystal stones. These are considered fashion jewellery and need extra care to keep them looking their best.
Photo & Custom Engraved Jewellery: Special pieces with photos or engraving are carefully crafted for personal keepsakes.

How to Care for Your Jewellery

Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, bathing or exercising.
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair spray, and cleaning products as these can damage plating and stones.
Wipe jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Store pieces separately in a dry place to avoid scratches.
Custom photo charms and jewellery must not get wet.

Please note:

We do not replace charms or jewellery where stones have fallen out, or where plating has naturally worn over time.
Treat your jewellery with care to keep it sparkling for longer.

We try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Personalised Items: These take 2–3 working days to be made before shipping. (This timeframe may vary
depending on the order volume and time of year e.g., during Christmas or major sale periods).
Ready-to-Ship Items: Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Good

Was a little disappointed with the engraving but not totally Charmed Jewelers fault. You just have to be careful with the type of font you select. The was a "y" in the name I used and the print came up smaller that the other names I had printed due to the font.
Over all very happy with the way the other names turned out and looks beautiful and gorgeous.

Very nice thx

Custom Charm

Absolutely fantastic service and speedy turn around.

Absolutely amazing

Thank you so much for my order. I've replaced the ICE superlink on my bracelet with a new contact number. It matched the name superlink perfectly.I've also ordered 6 9mm Italian charms to complete my bracelet. I'm so in love with it, each one is so cute and unique. I'm really happy with my beautiful bracelet.

Great quality

Beautifully engraved. Good quality and price

Shiny as Advertised.

I have not touched them yet because I'm still out of the country, regardless, my Enchanting Rose received the order and she is very pleased with them. I can be methodically ceremonious about the way I do things symbolically, so, when I'm in Cape Town, we'll wear them. From my Sweetheart's feedback, it's as significant, and the fact we got to personalize the jewelry, making it unique as it is our anniversary trinkets, makes it more special to us. The boxing is beautiful and sentimentally well-organized (my gift note was the first thing she read when she opened the box. She loved it, so BIG thumbs up for the excellent packaging), and the jewelry looks as advertised. The service is absolutely brilliant. So from me and my Darling, it's a well done. You will certainly see more orders from us.
