9mm Stainless steel heart dangle Italian charm personalized with a name or word/symbol of your choice. Please note that the base link is stainless steel, but the dangling charm is alloy.

Please allow 2 - 3 working days for engraving to be done.

The engraving is dark grey and not colour. For symbols, we will get as close to it as possible in a dark greycolour.

How to Care for Your Jewellery


  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, bathing or exercising.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair spray, and cleaning products as these can damage plating and stones.

  • Wipe jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

  • Store pieces separately in a dry place to avoid scratches.

  • Custom photo charms and medical alert charms must not get wet.

  • We do not replace charms or jewellery where stones have fallen out, or where plating has naturally worn over time.

  • Treat your jewellery with care to keep it sparkling for longer.
