Please allow 2 - 3 working days for engraving to be done.
The engraving is a dark grey and not colour. For symbols, we will get as close to it as possible in a grey colour.

I am not happy with this item. It looks cheap and a bit rough for a ladies arm. But I do love my charms.. looks good and expensive.
