Please allow 2 - 3 working days for engraving to be done.

The engraving is a dark grey and not colour. For symbols, we will get as close to it as possible in a grey colour.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair spray, and cleaning products as these can damage plating and stones.

  • Wipe jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

  • Store pieces separately in a dry place to avoid scratches.

  • Custom photo charms and jewellery must not get wet.

  • We do not replace charms or jewellery where stones have fallen out, or where plating has naturally worn over time.

  • Treat your jewellery with care to keep it sparkling for longer.
