Not very happy

Thank you for sending my order, but there are 3 of the charms that I was not able to gift to family as hoped...there are flaws in the charms photos....like some of the glue didn't dry correctly. The photo's are already so small that with the flaw I was just not able to gift them. I would like a refund or a redo please.
