Materials + Care

Materials & Care

Our Jewellery

  • Stainless Steel: Most of our bracelets and charms are made from high-quality stainless steel, known for being durable, tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic.

  • Plated & Costume Pieces: Some items include gold or silver plating, enamel, or crystal stones. These are considered fashion jewellery and need extra care to keep them looking their best.

  • Photo & Custom Engraved Jewellery: Special pieces with photos or engraving are carefully crafted for personal keepsakes.

How to Care for Your Jewellery

  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, bathing or exercising.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair spray, and cleaning products as these can damage plating and stones.

  • Wipe jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

  • Store pieces separately in a dry place to avoid scratches.

  • Custom photo charms and jewellery must not get wet.

Please note:

  • We do not replace charms or jewellery where stones have fallen out, or where plating has naturally worn over time.

  • Treat your jewellery with care to keep it sparkling for longer.
