  Plated & Costume Pieces: Some items include gold or silver plating, enamel, or crystal stones. These are considered fashion jewellery and need extra care to keep them looking their best.

  Photo & Custom Engraved Jewellery: Special pieces with photos or engraving are carefully crafted for personal keepsakes.
  

How to Care for Your Jewellery

  Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, bathing or exercising.
  
• 
  Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair spray, and cleaning products as these can damage plating and stones.
  
• 
  Wipe jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
  
• 
  Store pieces separately in a dry place to avoid scratches.
  
• 
  Custom photo charms and medical alert charms must not get wet.

  We do not replace charms or jewellery where stones have fallen out, or where plating has naturally worn over time.
