  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair spray, and cleaning products as these can damage plating and stones.

  • Custom photo charms and jewellery must not get wet.

I bought this necklace and only wore it for a week and the chain part started tarnishing. It was exposed to perfume and perspiration but a good tarnish-free necklace should not do that.
It was a cute gift and thats what upsets me because the person said they had a rash after wearing it. I emailed Charmed Jewellery but they said they’re closed til 12 January 2026. But I hope this issue will be resolved soon
